Hive Fest takes place at Camp Cedar Creek, a private 37-acre private property just outside Sandy, Oregon. Exact location is revealed once ticket is purchased.
Land acknowledgement:
We respectfully acknowledge that this campground is located on the ancestral lands of the Confederated Tribes of the Grande Ronde, Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians, Cayuse, Umatilla, Walla Walla, and Clackamas peoples. We recognize and honor the enduring connection these communities have with this land, its waters, and its wildlife. We are grateful for their stewardship and acknowledge the history, culture, and contributions of these Indigenous peoples, past and present.As we gather in this place, we commit to fostering respect, understanding, and relationships with the Indigenous communities whose land we occupy, and we encourage all visitors to reflect on this legacy.

Hive Fest is a weekend gathering focused on community, support, and personal growth, featuring shared activities, wellness, art, and immersive experiences.
Tickets & Registration

Your ticket covers festival entry, camping for two nights (Friday & Saturday), all programming (some activities and offerings may cost money to cover materials), light breakfast both days and dinner Saturday night. Be sure to review each ticket type (see next FAQ) as some include campground parking. The campground is dog-friendly and you can bring yours with a “furry friend pass” add-on.

Yes! Each pet requires a Furry Friend Pass and must be friendly, non-aggressive, and well-behaved. Owners are responsible for supervision and cleanup.

We are not offering day passes this year. If you can only join us for part of the weekend, you will still need to purchase the ticket that’s best for your setup.
Camping & Parking

You can choose between tent camping or car camping. Campground parking is limited this year and reserved for 4WD vehicles ONLY. So please plan accordingly and carpool! All other parking will be in the upper entrance lot with shuttle service available during select hours.

Yes! There are bathrooms in the community barn and porta potties throughout the property. Showers are not guaranteed, so please plan accordingly.

Yes! While some meals are included with your ticket, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks and there will be a community potluck Friday evening. Regardless, we ask that you respect the land and pack out all waste.
Getting There

The exact address and directions will be provided after ticket purchase. The property is roughly 5 miles east of Sandy, Oregon, and accessible by car.

At this time, we do not offer transportation to the festival. Carpooling is encouraged!
Participation & Activities

There are several ways to participate! You can host a workshop, apply as a vendor, or volunteer to help bring the event to life.

Hive Fest features movement & flow arts, creative workshops, wellness experiences, and opportunities to connect and learn. A full schedule will be shared closer to the event. And if you have additional ideas, please reach out!
Other Important Details

A detailed packing list will be provided before the event, but essentials include camping gear, layers for changing weather, a refillable water bottle, and anything you need for comfort.

Hive Fest is about connection and presence. We ask that all attendees be mindful and respectful. Illegal substances are not permitted and all alcohol is BYOB. Please consume responsibly.

Yes, for each ticket purchased, you will confirm the waiver agreement during the checkout process. It is your responsibility to ensure that all ticket holders are informed of and agree to the waiver terms.
